对汇报材料的一点感受
汇报是一种下级向上级领导反映工作的文体。可分为书面汇报和口头汇报两种形式。虽然表述方式略有区别，但却拥有很多相近之处，撰写起来应重点把握好以下几个特点和技巧：1、语态上是“干了哪些事，取得了哪些效果”，或者“即将干什么，预计取得什么样的成绩”。即“一般过去时”，或者“一般将来时”。只要弄清楚这个汇报是要说已经干的事，还是汇报未来设想，便会弄清语态特征，这样通篇材料便不会出现方向性的技术错误。如汇报去年城建方面的工作时，“去年，我们启动了总投资7亿元的56项重点城建工程，城建投资规模连续三年创造历史新高”。
2、句型上是短句子、大容量。因为多数汇报要用于领导口头、现场表述，所以不能出现大量的长句子、生辟字词，以免咬嘴。只有把句子弄短了，领导才能听得清，汇报者才会念得顺。一个标点之内尽量不能超过二十字，否则汇报者和听众都会疲劳。
