font-size: 16px; line-height: 19.6923px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"> 一天上班后，我让小王给上级部门送一个材料。一个小时过去了，没有回复。两个小时过去了，还没有回复，直到中午我在楼道里看见了他。我问他材料送到了吗，他说送到了，我问他怎么送的，他说我要他找的那个人不在，他就委托办公室的人转交了。我一听，脑海里马上浮出了三个字：靠不住。此后，我不会轻易委托他去办重要的事了。 <p style="max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.5em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"> 这么小的事，不回复就是“靠不住”了吗？我想到了自己年轻的时候，别人交代我诸如此类的小事，我一般是不回复的。在我的意识里，认为做了就行了，还要回复吗？而且也没有人因为我没回复而质问我。好多年以后，还是后来我委托别人办事的时候，才有这种强烈的感觉。原来那时很难得到他人的重托，跟我不主动回复有很大关系呢。<p style="max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.5em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"> 所谓事毕回复，说的是该回复就要及时回复。我们经常有一些应急的任务，比如一个干部临时受命赶赴目的地，到了吗？有什么情况？如泥牛入海，一去不回，一直到要返京了才想起回复。他自以为没有必要及时回复，却不知我们很期望得到他的消息。如果我追问，实际上就是批评他了，这个分寸不好把握。实际上，工作中，往往不能等任务全部完成了再回复，阶段性的进展也要及时报告。一方面要让领导和同事放心，另一方面及时反馈情况能为正确决策提供依据。<p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;"> 事毕回复，说来简单，做好不易。送信送材料只是表面上的事，根子上还是职业品格的问题，这和承诺与诚信有关。大家都知道《把信送给加西亚》的故事吧。在19 世纪美西战争中，美国总统有一封书信急需送到古巴盟军将领加西亚手中。可是加西亚正在丛林作战，没人知道他在什么地方。一位叫罗文的美国陆军中尉挺身而出，不讲任何条件，历尽艰险，徒步三周后，身临危机四伏的国家，把信交给了加西亚。罗文送的是一封信吗？不全是，他送的还是一个战士的忠诚和信誉，体现了罗文自我牺牲、临危受命的品格，闪耀出人性的光辉。这正是这个故事在全世界广为流传的魅力所在。<p style="max-width: 100%;
