color: rgb(227, 108, 9); box-sizing: border-box !important;">结构要“匀”。</span></strong>匀，指匀称。著名美学家王朝闻先生曾说：“结构之于创作，如同作战部署之于战斗一样，是决定成败的一个关键。”一个人身材要协调，领导讲话稿的结构也要做到均衡、匀称。一般而言，作为结构的重要部分，二级标题、三级标题，在确保能引领、概括所属内容的前提下，应尽量做到句式、层级大致相近，这样可以使语言整饬，标题之间互为补充、相互映衬，呈现出较强的形式美和表现力。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; color: rgb(227, 108, 9); box-sizing: border-box !important;">字数要“近”。</span></strong>领导讲话稿每个部分、每个层次之间，如果能做到字数大体相近，就尽量做到；不能做到，也不宜相差太多，否则会给人失衡的感觉。它体现秘书人员的谋篇布局能力、文字表达功底。某段文字多了，可以压缩例子、精简修饰词语；某段文字少了，可以增加例子、典故、修饰文字等，以达到总体平衡。当然，要坚持的一个原则是，形式要为内容服务，任何时候，都要以内容为根本。追求形式美，归根结底是为了精准地表达领导讲话意图。</p><p style="max-width: 100%;
