领导干部为政须做到“八慎”

<div align="left" style="text-indent:2em;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">慎独。一个人在有人监督时不做坏事，比较容易，难的是独处一地也能保持这种美德。古往今来的清官廉吏，都非常注重慎独，讲究克己修身，以求知明而行无过。北宋文殿学士赵概在案头摆放一个瓶子以及黑白两种豆子。</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">“</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">起一善念，投一白豆于瓶；起一恶念，投一黑豆于瓶</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">”</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">。刚开始，黑豆甚多。后来随着他时时内省、磨砺克制、改过迁善，瓶中的白豆越来越多，黑豆越来越少，后来赵概也以高德之士名世。作为领导干部，既要在公开场合、集体活动中、有人监督的时候，严格要求自己，又要在远离组织、无人监督的时候，保持</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">“</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">慎独</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">”</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">的境界，做到人前人后一个样，有没有监督一个样。</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"></span></div>

font-family: 仿宋; font-size: 19px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">“一件工作，只有真正用心去思考，用心去做，你才会做出成绩，做出特色。”这是分管部领导和我谈心时说得最多的话。我用心写的第一篇稿子是《有一种爱叫做感动》。接触湘雅乡情活动一段时间后，我被市委政府、湘雅专家、医护人员所感动，用心构思怎么用文字把感情表述出来，半夜在床上都想着文稿。灵感来了，马上起床拿起纸笔记录下来。初稿完成后，还花了一上午的时间去修改细节，直到自己觉得完美了，才传给分管部领导和徐主任指导。分管部领导看了之后，高兴地说，终于看到你用心在写稿子啦。整个稿子除了第一段删除后，徐主任没有改一个字，他说这是真情实感。能够得到分管部领导和徐主任的表扬，心里美滋滋的，体会到了写文章的快乐。从此，我用心上好每一天班、用心办好每一件事，努力做到从自己手上出去的每一个文稿、完成的每一件工作，都能体现自己的最高水平。年轻人都需要有这种用心工作的完美意识。</span></p></section></blockquote><blockquote class="" data-author="易点微信编辑器" data-url="http://wxedit.yead.net" style="margin: 5px auto;
