color: rgb(86, 86, 86); box-sizing: border-box !important;">国务院扶贫办将进一步完善建档立卡信息系统和统计报表制度。完善建档立卡指标体系，开发业务管理子系统，拓展服务功能，建立信息共享机制，加强与相关部门数据交换，减少基层重复填表报数。规范统计报表制度，自2018年1月1日起，扶贫数据主要通过建档立卡信息系统上报，不再要求县以下单位通过其他渠道提供。各地扶贫部门要充分利用建档立卡信息系统，严禁层层增加指标和填报频次，切实减轻基层填表报数负担。建档立卡数据指标要统一规范，保持连续性和稳定性，确需修改完善的，按照全国统一部署进行。</span></p><section class="" data-mpa-template-id="451407" data-mpa-color="undefined" data-mpa-category="fav" style="max-width: 100%;
