text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">另一方面,对于一个干部,别人口中的“好坏”终究是心里没有谱,只有自己亲自去听了、谈了、了解了,才能知道这个干部到底行不行,才能为市委选准人、用好人提供更加科学的决策建议。比如,我们在某地谈心谈话时了解到有一名在招商一线的干部专业水平很高,恰好另一地区又反映本地近年来招商任务重,但懂招商的人又非常缺乏,随后市委将这名专业干部重用到该地任职。再比如,某县市区包括主要领导在内的一些班子成员,反映个别干部从市级机关调到地方工作后,状态不适应、工作抓不到位,我们与该干部进行了进一步的谈心谈话,他也反映自己不太适应基层工作,随后市委在下一轮干部调整中将其调出。</p><p style="max-width: 100%;
