box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">要提高调研成果的“ 贡献率”。好的调研成果还得有效转化,要做到“3个结合”。</span></strong></span><span style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">一是要与形成规范性文件、制订政策措施相结合;二是要与出主意、当参谋相结合;三是要与加强宣传、推广经验相结合。调研成果转化有时还有必要搞“连续剧”,注意做好调查课题的深度研究,使原有成果随着形势的变化而不断发展和升华。调研成果到底有多大价值,我认为可以提出一个“调研成果贡献率”的概念,就是要量化计算调研成果被领导决策采用了多少,有多少转化成了工作思路、政策法规或制度办法,在报刊上发表成果的档次有多高、影响有多大。调研写作人员每过一段时间就应该盘点一下自己的成果,看究竟做了多少事,对促进工作发挥了多大作用。</span></span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;
