</FONT> <FONT face="Times New Roman">“</FONT>块状经济<FONT face="Times New Roman">”</FONT>是富有浙江特色的区域经济形态，也是浙江经济走在全国前列的一大动因。浙江省经济贸易委员会近日公布的《浙江省<FONT face="Times New Roman">“</FONT>块状经济<FONT face="Times New Roman">”</FONT>现状调查》显示，<FONT face="Times New Roman">2005</FONT>年，浙江<FONT face="Times New Roman">“</FONT>块状经济<FONT face="Times New Roman">”</FONT>工业总产值<FONT face="Times New Roman">18405</FONT>亿元，占全部工业总产值的<FONT face="Times New Roman">60.9%</FONT>。</FONT><FONT size=2><FONT face="Times New Roman">
</FONT> 上世纪<FONT face="Times New Roman">80</FONT>年代以来，浙江产业呈现一种集群化发展现象，从<FONT face="Times New Roman">“</FONT>一村一品<FONT face="Times New Roman">”“</FONT>一乡一品<FONT face="Times New Roman">”</FONT>向<FONT face="Times New Roman">“</FONT>一县一业<FONT face="Times New Roman">”</FONT>蔓延。有称其为<FONT face="Times New Roman">“</FONT>区域特色经济<FONT face="Times New Roman">”</FONT>，也有称其为<FONT face="Times New Roman">“</FONT>块状经济<FONT face="Times New Roman">”</FONT>，理论界将其界定为产业集群，是指在某一特定区域下的一个特别领域，存在着一群相互关联的公司、供应商以及关联产业和专门化的制度和协会。</FONT><FONT size=2><FONT face="Times New Roman">
